6th Annual “A Show of HANDS”
March 3-29, 2018

The 6th Annual “A Show of HANDS” showcased over 100 decorated hands during March 2018 at Penny Cluse Café in Burlington. On Thursday, March 29th, we had our Closing Celebration and Silent Auction from 6:00-8:00 p.m. (Bidding ended at 7:45 p.m.) A special live auction of Warren Kimble and Brian Merrill’s hands took place at 7:00 pm. Between the “Buy It Now” option, the “Lend a Hand Giving Board”, and bids, we raised $8,000. That money will go directly toward offsetting the cost of our “HANDS in the Dirt” gardening programs for low-income seniors this summer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Although we had some sponsorship to cover the cost, we still welcome donations which help us fund our many programs for older adults. Please feel free to donate at our “Get Involved” tab right here on our website.
